Forest Grove Neighborhood Park

Forest Grove Neighborhood Park is located just off of the Sligo Creek Trail right near Holy Cross Hospital. It has one large playground structure that has slides, bridges, and ladders. The park also has several other smaller attractions that will get your kids' imagination revved up.
One of our favorite features at this park is the stone dragon that sits watching over the playground. It's not big, just large enough for kids to climb aboard and pretend to ride. There is also a stone frog and a set of wooden posts that are equally fun to climb on and jump off. There are also pretend cars to drive and a bouncy platform to hop around on.
This playground is located in one the sections of the trail where the street is closed every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, making it a good spot to bike or scooter to with the family on the weekends. There is a large field to the side of the park, plenty of picnic tables, and a basketball court close by.
