From the website: Join Children's Yoga Instructor, Mariela Gómez, and enjoy meditation, movement, and songs in active, family-friendly yoga for children under 5 with their grown-up.

This program uses music, yoga play, props and stories to help children establish a connection with their caregivers while benefiting from active movement and mindfulness.
