This coffee roaster has several spots close by, with the main location being inside the bottom level of the Silver Spring Library. They are also a record store and have bins of vinyl to peruse. The "Analog Market" is open Thursday to Sunday and not only has coffee, but also music and wares from local vendors.

Located in Old Town Takoma Park, this coffee shop and restaurant is a great place to visit for a quick coffee pick me up or lunch with friends.

11701 Georgia Ave Wheaton, MD 20902 (Inside the Wheaton Library)
This much-loved Silver Spring coffee shop is owned by two sisters and has locations both near Downtown Silver Spring and inside the Wheaton Library and Rec Center.

Black Lion recently opened a new space in Silver Spring serving their "premium Ethiopian coffee from the Birth Place." They have an assortment of pastries and a wider selection of food, too.

During the daytime, the Zinnia restaurant becomes a lovely coffee shop. Find a cozy spot inside or in good weather, sit in the garden. They also have a small breakfast & lunch menu.
